Maintain day-to-day transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

Morning Star Transport, a trucking and warehousing company is looking to add someone to its WA office to assist the bookkeeping department.

This is a mid-level position with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice customers for trucking and warehousing services
  • Match incoming bills with requisition lists from various departments
  • Enter bills into QuickBooks and assist in paying bills
  • Monitor accounts receivable and assists in collections

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent degree
  • Some office experience preferred
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred
  • PCS software experience
  • Must be organized and responsible and have a professional demeanor
