- Invoice customers for trucking and warehousing services
- Match incoming bills with requisition lists from various departments
- Enter bills into QuickBooks and assist in paying bills
- Monitor accounts receivable and assists in collections
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent degree
- Some office experience preferred
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- PCS software experience
- Must be organized and responsible and have a professional demeanor
